In Your Honest Opinion, Who Would Make a Better POTUS? Kamala Harris or Stormy Daniels?

Interesting choice. Kamala has demonstrated that she's an incompetent tool besides otherwise having a law background and (on paper anyway) having some qualifications. Stormy has no credentials whatsoever and has demonstrated that she's happy about lying when it suits her. Using Biden as the yardstick, Kamala would be far worse and Stormy is an unknown, so I'd have to go with Stormy.

Can we just let ChatGPT be president instead though? I guess it hasn't been around for 35 years, but it's less likely to lie or say something really stupid.

Well, I would have to say Stormy Daniels because even though they are both ho's, Stormy is the only one with professional experience.
