What’s ahead in the Trump trial?

We are still awaiting the fallout of Quad Indicted’s continuing violations of his gag order. I am hoping for the 30 maximum incarceration for each violation. That should speed up all these trials—just watch the “stalling” tactic go out the window when he has to go back to a cell after leaving court. More on this later.

Next, we will have much more testimony by David Pecker who has been a very effective and persuasive witness thus far. Pecker has much more to tell and has perhaps provided some documentary evidence as well.

With all the violations of the gag order and complete lack of a viable defense of these violations by Blanche, don’t expect the judge to go lightly on these continued violations. One thing is certain; the prosecution is done with providing their upcoming witness schedule!

After Pecker finishes his testimony the prosecutors may go directly to evidence—prominently featuring Allen’s detailed contemporaneous hand written notes which give the play-by-play and perfectly collaborate Michael Cohen’s testimony. Other powerful witnesses on deck include: Hope Hicks, Karen McDougal, and—of course—Stormy Daniels. There are tapes & transcripts of phone calls, Cohen’s tapes, emails, and other testimony.

So far, Trump’s defense has no effective narrative and what they have postulated isn’t credible. They can’t put Allen on the stand and they’d be INSANE to put Trump on the stand (although I’d love to see that!)

It sends a powerful message to the jury that none of his family is present in the courtroom…

Now, about those contempt charges. Simple. Give him 30 days for each violation. He has been warned and warned and he continues to violate his gag order EVEN FROM THE COURTROOM!

How can he be imprisoned? Simple—put him in a military prison. Eglin AFB has a perfect prison for him in Florida and there are others scattered around the country.

This trial is about to get very, very real for Quad Indicted. And he’s scared to death!
