I Still Remember September 11

Actually I don't, because I was two at the time. But today, I read the story of the falling man picture which was taken by Richard Drews, I knew about 9/11 before but I've never heard anything about the jumpers. It's so sad to know that there were people who had to choose how to die, and it's worse to think that there are many who still think those innocent victims committed suicide, I mean they didn't choose between life and death, they had to choose between two terrifying ways of death, so I don't know how ignorant and narrow-minded someone can be so that they think they killed themselves. My heart goes out to all the victims, survivors and the people who lost their loved ones in this horrible day :(

@couchpotato yes they are, but that's good that we still have such photos and recorded phone calls so that we remember this day forever :(

@Itsprincess I guess that's why no one talked about it for a very long time, it's something that is too hard to confront :(

I was 12, doing homework at the kitchen table (I was homeschooled), and I remember when the second plane hit and the wall to wall news coverage for weeks, how the world drastically changed after.
