911 fundamentally changed the psyche of the western world.

So many people convinced themselves that ignorance is purity and brutality is strength. It is all heartbreaking.

Someone said to me today, "The war on terrorism has killed more people than terrorism."

@faery 4 million have died as a result.

I remember being very unified for awhile, but it was short lived. Tbh I think we've always been that dumb.

@EldritchFoxI think things were going in more or less the right direction before. It is sad to see how gangrene has sent in since.
