New Song "September 10", just in time for the 25th anniversary of the events of 9/11
It's one man's journey searching for that time when things were simpler. But it's not about anyone in particular. It could be about all of us. It could be about anyone who feels disconnected from the past. We'd be doing the audience a disservice if we didn't let them explore what everything means or what it could mean to them personally.
My friend Rick wrote it based on my idea about the day before 9/11. We didn't want it to be another 9/11 song. It talks about more than just that day. It's what we lost, not only lives but the way we live our lives. Definitely nothing political, because this goes beyond politics. Please, no political discussion.
It's easily our biggest production, and I think it's one of the best things I've ever done. It had to be good out of respect for all who lost their lives. It was a very difficult song to make.
