I Still Remember September 11
I remember entering my third hour class when I was in 9th grade, and saw a plane hitting a building on tv, had no idea what was going on, I don't remember how I found out, all i know is I was shocked!

They locked us in school that day.
I escaped out the bathroom window and walked home.
I vividly remember fighter jets flying over. As I am from NY.
Later that day my father drove us to the highest point in the area where we could see a massive dust cloud over that part of Manhattan.
The next few days and weeks attending many funerals from the fire fighters that died in my area.
