@Adrift I was sick and stayed home the day that happened during a high school assembly in 1974.. Everyone there saw the guy. Someone took a photo of the upper half of his body and put it in the yearbook. Everyone in his gym class knew he was I’m sure. He had a really large birthmark on his shoulder. 😂

I think other folks are just getting in on the fun of spreading conspiracy theories. Why should tRumpsters have all the conspiracy theory fun??
If you didn't take a stand against the "Obama wasn't born here" conspiracy theory and the "global warming is a hoax" conspiracy theory and the various Hunter Biden conspiracy theories and the "Covid is a Chinese plot" conspiracy theory and the "stolen election" conspiracy theories and the "Biden planted incriminating Epstein files" conspiracy theory (to name but a few), then your taking a stand against this conspiracy theory might just be a sign of your bias.
