Hate to be the one to break the news to you DogMan, but interest rates in the US have been half what you claim for about the last 2 years now. When the Fed Chairman started dropping the interest rate to appease Trump's demands, everything else in the US followed. Nice try though!
You may want to consider cashing-out as soon as you can because there's a little surprise waiting up the road for all American investors!
