Reuters study finds 55% of Democrats believe assassination is justified

Many Democrats do not believe this study, but when asked if they would be happy if Trump was assassinated, all
I hear is crickets. If you would be happy for Trump to be assassinated, you are part of the 55%.

@DrWatson https://www.allsides.com/story/donald-trump-55-respondents-left-say-assassinating-trump-partially-justifiable is the article and it links to https://networkcontagion.us/wp-content/uploads/NCRI-Assassination-Culture-Brief.pdf

I do love a good search engine. Fascinating read…

@joe438 The reason for my comment is that when I tried using a search engine, I could not find a Reuters page with the survey, and I still have not. Your link is not a Reuters page. I am looking for the original source, not a second-hand account.

Also, your link does not work. The All Sides page displays the message "page not found."

@DrWatson I’m not sure why you expected to find it at Reuters- the study was part of the Network Contagion Research Institute at Rutgers University, and I believe that link is the complete study. It’s pretty short- I expected it to be longer.

@joe438 The Post says "a Reuters study." Hence my question.

@joe438 I'm guessing because of the headline of this post, which refers to a "Reuters study". 🤔
joe438 · 61-69, M
@DrWatson fair- the headline does say that but the longer text says Rutgers. I suspect it was autocorrect which happens to me pretty often. If there was a study done by Reuters I didn’t find it.

@joe438 If you look at the posting times, you will see that I asked my question long before the OP's longer comment appeared. I think that clears this up.
