I wouldn't call either slogan evil, exactly.
I've really never heard the 2nd one before, but my first reaction on reading it was "which Americans?"

@MistyCee really? I know one is evil. World domination is the evil goal, not socialism. But I understand perfectly well that confusing these opposites is the US strength. The American superpower.
