The Navy lowered educational prerequisites so that high school diplomas are no longer required. Perhaps a further lowering of standards will increase recruitment numbers.
And, seriously, as drone operations become increasingly important, perhaps relaxed BMI standards could be traded off against strong gaming skills.

fat would probably not be a problem.
