Was Hunter Biden the acting POTUS ?

It is starting to look like he was. I'm sure this will not bother the radical left, but I'm thinking Democrats may be bothered by this.

I don't think so as he didn't have the brains. I think there was a consortium of people with a lot of power in this country like Soros' and Gates along with others. But I can be wrong also.
