He isn’t president anymore. BDS?

@trollslayer I'm sorry you didn't understand the question. I said DID he control the Auto Pen? You obviously are afraid of the answer.
Greenthumb · 56-60, MNew
Troll says Biden isn't POTUS anymore. I guess I am also asking, WAS he President?
trollslayer · 46-50, M
@Greenthumb i’m saying the answer no longer matters.
@trollslayer Until all the facts are known about the Biden Regency, there should be no rest for the Biden family or those in the party or the media who were complicit.
The answer does matter.
Remember, as the Washington Post proclaims: Democracy dies in darkness, Troll.

@trollslayer so you are saying that it doesn't matter if other people used the Auto Pen? It would be a crime if they did. But I guess it doesn't matter if crimes were committed. Would it matter to you if you found out that Hunter was making decisions for dad? The left went back 30 years on Trump to find something. Did you say that it didn't matter, since he wasn't POTUS then? Im willing to bet that you didn't.

@LamontCranston yes, its funny how the left went back over 30 years to complain about every little thing Trump did and said. But I am not supposed to be concerned about what the Biden administration did 6 months ago 🤔
@Greenthumb This "scandal" is over 70 years old. Every President from Eisenhower on has relied on a machine called an "autopen" to help sign the many documents that presidents are inundated.

Tяump himself used the autopen extensively in business and as President; see the discussions among autograph collectors on reddit's r/Autographs and among autograph collectors.
https://autograph-market.com/articles/item/dwight-d-eisenhower-new-autopen-and-signature-stamp-patterns-discovered

This is just another fake "scandal" ginned up by people who are furious that they can't find an actual crime to pin on Biden like the 34 felonies that Tяump has been convicted of.

Did Biden control it? If you ask him and his staff, they'll say yes, and you'll refuse to believe them. Stalemate.

UPDATE

You say
The left went back 30 years on Trump to find something.
FALSE !!

All of tRump's falsifying of business documents fall within the statute of limitations; 5-7 years depending. tRump's participation with the 7 slates of false fraudulent electors dates back to 2020.

BTW, reich-wingers regularly inform folks that 50 years ago in the 1970s, Biden opposed court ordered school busing. You guys dug FAR deeper into Biden's past.

@ElwoodBlues Do you belive Biden was a capable POTUS, and actually running the country? Are you watching the news? He had no idea what was going on. The truth is coming out.
@Greenthumb I believe EVERY POTUS, at least since FDR, needs to recruit great staff and delegate large parts of the job. I believe the notion of one guy running everything is a dangerous myth. Sure, the buck stops in the Oval office, but no single person is micromanaging everything. I believe Biden knowingly delegated to his staff and took responsibility for what happened; Reagan ran his White House the same way. I believe tRump also delegates but often tries to step in for a little micromanagement and then duck responsibility. I believe that's why tRump's previous cabinet had such spicy opinions about him. Are you ready??

“Donald Trump is the first president in my lifetime who does not try to unite the American people — does not even pretend to try. Instead, he tries to divide us. We are witnessing the consequences of three years of this deliberate effort. We are witnessing the consequences of three years without mature leadership. We can unite without him, drawing on the strengths inherent in our civil society.” — June 3, 2020

Mark Esper, Secretary of Defense
“I have a lot of concerns about Donald Trump. I have said that he’s a threat to democracy. I think the last year, certainly the last few months of Donald Trump’s presidency, will look like the first few months of the next one if that were to occur.” — Oct. 1, 2023

Full John Kelly quote
“What can I add that has not already been said? A person that thinks those who defend their country in uniform, or are shot down or seriously wounded in combat, or spend years being tortured as POWs are all ‘suckers’ because ‘there is nothing in it for them.’ A person that did not want to be seen in the presence of military amputees because ‘it doesn’t look good for me.’ A person who demonstrated open contempt for a Gold Star family – for all Gold Star families – on TV during the 2016 campaign, and rants that our most precious heroes who gave their lives in America’s defense are ‘losers’ and wouldn’t visit their graves in France."

"A person who is not truthful regarding his position on the protection of unborn life, on women, on minorities, on evangelical Christians, on Jews, on working men and women. A person that has no idea what America stands for and has no idea what America is all about. A person who cavalierly suggests that a selfless warrior who has served his country for 40 years in peacetime and war should lose his life for treason – in expectation that someone will take action. A person who admires autocrats and murderous dictators. A person that has nothing but contempt for our democratic institutions, our Constitution, and the rule of law."

“There is nothing more that can be said,” Kelly concluded. “God help us.” — Mon October 2, 2023
@ElwoodBlues Language is dynamic, and I think “the buck stops here” now means that once money is acquired by the President, we, the donor/taxpayers will never see it or its effects, ever again.
