Are you buying American?

It doesn't matter what side of the aisle you are on, we should ALL be trying to buy American.

As a construction material contractor, I didn't realize how much of our material was made
overseas. Last week, after the Tariffs went into effect, the very next day manufacturers
levied Tarfiff surcharges on us. Most of them are between 25 - 35%.

We have told them all, OK, we will buy American. We have already opened new accounts
with manufacturers, and reactivated old accounts.

The sad thing is, I believe many on the left will NOT buy American, because they hate
Trump far more than they love this country.

Not always. I much prefer we remove the tarriffs on Canadian lumber. Even the ones that were in place before Trump's new BS. It was cheaper, higher quality and they have so much more of it. Trade is good.
Tru buying American crown coffee, chocolate, bananas, tea.. Good luck with all that. Keep consuming those things, and your argument is 100% bunk.
Besides there's plenty of resources we aren't even able to procure ourselves. The romanticized utopia of a walled garden of abundance is myth.

Also remember. It was the rich capitalist private businesses that sent jobs overseas. Not the government, not the EPA, nobody but the rich ownership class that wanted to maximize exploitation and profits for their own sole benefit.
