Sen. Schumer says record low border crossings are due to Biden

@whowasthatmaskedman They can go elsewhere. If the videos on FB are actual, you Australians are having; I’ll be nice and call them asylum seekers; some issues. Is that true or am I being misled?

@soar2newhighs We do have refugee programs. Of course being an island helps. But we did have crowded boats coming down from the region of Indonesea for some time. That was stopped by the controversial move of shipping all boat arrivals to Naura (under contract with the country) and stating that any boat arrivals would be refused asylum in Australia, leaving them to be resettled elsewhere. Sounds harsh I know. and it is.. But more importantly, our labor and work visa rule and enforcement make it extremely difficult for our "illegals to find work, with penalties for anyone found employing them. And of course the rules are enforced with inspections. So most of our "illegals" are people entering on tourism visas and overstaying..😷

it is the opposite of reality. People are willing to risk their lives to come to the greatest country
on earth. And we will take some when order is achieved, and we actually KNOW who is coming
into our great country.

@whowasthatmaskedman yes I helped elect him, I agree with him on illegals! His stance on immigration is what caused the low border crossings. Before he got into office illegals swarmed the border while Biden was still president and all his policies and benefits were still available for them.

@specman Illegals are a problem, although we can discuss how much. But they are needed by the US economy, which wont function without them. The problem could be solved in a year if they had the genuine will to do it. But business profits would suffer..😷
