Why is it OK, for males to compete against females?

Over 3,500 female sports records have been broken by biological males.

Please...... someone tell me why this is fair to women and girls.

On the other hand ZERO male sports records have been broken by biological females.
Why is that?

You’re correct that I might not understand everything but I’m aware when word salad is presented.

I’m grown up, and I’m not sure you ever will when looking at your original post or your comments. That someone is questioning your motives isn’t the same as not being grown up or not understanding the topic.
