Over budget and behind schedule, due to problems with DEI workforce.

It looks like Trump will have his done before Obama. And it will be on time,
and under budget.

it is on hold due to incompetent concrete contractors. It is far behind schedule, and way over
budget, and they don't even have a roof yet.

@DogMan DEI is a drain on the economy. We live in a Darwinian world. Laws that prop up incompetence (DEI, Affirmative Action) only serve to evade natural selection. Survival of the fittest.
