Why no DEI in pro sports?

Why is it that only the best of the best, based on ability and merit, get to play and make
the big bucks? It's not my fault I'm only 5'10, why should I not be able to make big bucks
playing in the NBA? Why are us regular people punished? Shouldn't we continue to
get participation trophies in adult life? It's just not fair.....I'm going to my safe space.

DEI programs are never mandatory. Companies are encouraged to apply them but they don't.

When there are limited jobs and quotas have to be met then those DEI numbers are mandatory.

If you have to lie to protect your beloved quotas that should tell you they are no good
