Judy Woodruff continues to lie about Trump

I have always said that PBS and all the other Legacy main stream media folks, get their
talking points from the DNC, this proves it.

A PBS senior correspondent apologized Wednesday after falsely telling her audience that former President Donald Trump tried to talk Israel out of a cease-fire amid its ongoing war in Gaza.

Judy Woodruff passed off blame for the blunder by “clarifying” that she based the flimsy scoop on outside reporting she had read before broadcasting from the Democratic National Convention (DNC) in Chicago on Monday.

“The reporting is that former President Trump is on the phone with the prime minister of Israel, urging him not to cut a deal right now, because it’s believed that would help the Harris campaign,” Woodruff told a PBS roundtable.

If that's not proof you should only listen to Trump, I don't know what is.

Trump won the election and America said it likes lies.

@MistyCee It's hard to believe that every illegal comes here and immediately gets a job ,especially when everything is handed to them for free. So the oh look at the lost work force is a joke . They don't come here to work they came because biden and the democrats opened the door and said come on in.The ones who came for jobs came legally. Deportation won't affect the workforce. It's a matter of national security that needs fixed asap.

1) This appears to be old news - but you didn't post your source.
2) If true, at least she apologized for her error. That's better than doubling down on a lie over and over again (Kari Lake, FOX, Rudie) and never, ever admitting a mistake.

In other words, I feel that Woodruff is being a responsible journalist here - a GOOD thing.

@DogMan you missed my question. In the photo above, are those meeting with putin elected officials, or candidates(private citizens) at the time of meeting? Huge legal difference here. And what partisan report are you speaking of? Is there a non partisan report? Who hired Mueller, Democrats?

Were they colluding? Were they assets? Did Obama tell Putin to go ahead and attack
Crimea, promising not to get involved? Did Trump tell Putin not to attack Ukraine until
a Democrat was in office?

Axios, Reuters, and PBS’ Judy Woodruff repeated false claims that Trump was “on the phone” encouraging Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to put off peace talks in Israel’s conflict with the Islamic extremist terrorist group Hamas, because a deal could help Democrat Kamala Harris.

Woodruff later apologized, admitted she hadn’t done any reporting of her own, and she also said she hadn’t seen that both the Trump campaign and Israel had denied the claims
