@cherokeepatti Exactly, that's what I was thinking. If there was a shortage of food, people would associate being fat with being rich.

@RocktheHouse Happened in Mauritania due to a series of famines. Women who were grossly obese would have the best chances of getting married. Up until a few years ago this was the trend there. The medical people started to educate women about obesity and health problems.
