It isnt a trend, it’s inevitable
Notfatenough · 46-50, M
@Semya You got that right! Hehe

calicuz · 51-55, M
Are you kidding?
Americans are the most overweight people in the world.
@Graylight Yeah, but people in the South are fatter than those in the North. If states like Mississippi or Arkansas were compared, they would give Samoa and Cook Island a run for their money.

@RocktheHouse
fatter than those in the North
That is also wide-spread here in Kentucky.
Graylight · 51-55, F
@RocktheHouse Point there. It's easy to think the obesity rate is 70% around here.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
If there was a famine it could happen.
@cherokeepatti Exactly, that's what I was thinking. If there was a shortage of food, people would associate being fat with being rich.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@RocktheHouse Happened in Mauritania due to a series of famines. Women who were grossly obese would have the best chances of getting married. Up until a few years ago this was the trend there. The medical people started to educate women about obesity and health problems.

Our health issues will only rise
Notfatenough · 46-50, M
Trend? It's already a lifestyle!
Thats ship has already sunk, really.
Overwork is the main issue.
Murka not li! Murka mot know about Overwork!
@RocktheHouse individual people should not be forced to earn a living.
@Roundandroundwego Why do we have to buy land? There's plenty of free land out there. We could cut down the trees and build our own homes. Why do the lumber companies own all the land with the wood? And why do oil companies own something that is in the earth and should belong to us all?
@RocktheHouse it's not necessary to cut anything down. The urban landscape is rich and ready for us.
Chelsiegirl · 46-50, T
please no... i work hard and keeping in shape so should everyone else..
@Chelsiegirl Some have to work harder than others due to their slow metabolism, but really processed foods and fast foods are a major problem too.
Chelsiegirl · 46-50, T
@RocktheHouse I love taco bell and being on hormones make it hard to loose weight.. I go fast alot..
Azlotto · M
Around here, it has became the new trend with mostly women.
Notfatenough · 46-50, M
@Azlotto hehe
@Azlotto Here too in Georgia. It's mostly the women and they're not afraid to show it off either. Apparently the men love it.
Azlotto · M
@RocktheHouse
Apparently the men love it.
