Hopefully the FBI can ping his and her phone to trace her and his travels back to Florida and possibly determine how long the phones were in the same location and then separated. I would think there is enough info for the van to be searched for forensic evidence of a crime. In my opinion, Brian is guilty of something. Otherwise, why on earth would he drive the van back to Florida without Gabby and then not answer any questions or provide any explanations...

@JudyS The cops took the van already. I'm sure tracing the phones is one of the first things they tried.

@JudyS I agree. It seems like info is being released slowly and carefully by law enforcement, and I can see why.
