He's a disruptor, which brings about added risk. So not knowing the future we can only guess that there's potential for added danger, but that goes with the territory.

@Khaira Changing longstanding alliances in Europe and the East could have unintended consequences, even though I do believe they need us more than we need them. I have always felt the western hemisphere should have better relations and become economically stronger - and I mean from the top of Canada to the bottom of South America,,,I mean, why not?
