Planning doesn't seem possible with no access to reality.

@JamesBugman fifty thousand a year die in road crashes because Americans would never do what's obvious to end that.
Two hundred thousand Americans die directly from poverty each year, the entitlements that would save them are never even a topic of discussion.
Private profit medical care and housing don't allow the population to live well, the solutions would cost less, but they're politically unavailable solutions.
Doing what's good is never even talked about.

@Roundandroundwego Rump doesn't want to fix things, he wants sensational news so he is remembered in History books. He has to kill a lot of people to achieve that. Take a few countries, be a Nazi like his heritage dictates.
The democrats are the ones trying to fix the items you mentioned, with lots of pushback from the Reds.
1% more than half the voting population of America wanted this turmoil and care nothing about others and their suffering.

@JamesBugman Democrats certainly never work to fix things either. We need new political movements.

Perhaps the US military could sweep all who stand in their way, even without nuclear weapons (yet the UK and France have them. UK has subs and I presume France has ICBMs.)
But then what? To control the new territories requires occupation, or else fear. Occupation will invite insurgencies. Fear and reprisal will be domestically unpopular, if the invasion itself was not already unacceptable to most people. The military might mutiny. Trump is only one person and if the military balks, he is done.
And the world could go on strike, refuse to work, refuse to cooperate. Corporations could deny services. No dictator can control hundreds of millions of people forever, who do not cooperate.
Then Trump will die and it will unwind. Who will trust the US after? Who will want to deal?
Congress will have to amend the Constitution to severely limit the president's powers, to keep this from happening again.
No kings!
Sic semper tyrannis!

Do you touch yourself when you think about these things?
@SumKindaMunster That probably seemed funny when you typed it out but clearly this is something a 12 year old would say. Perhaps the shoe fits?

@JamesBugman Perhaps a 12 year olds snarky response is appropriate for this creepy and deranged fantasy.
@SumKindaMunster Your honest confession is accepted.

If you think China will allow Russia to control Africa I think you are probably in for a surprise.
@ninalanyon China doesn't do anything except prance around. They know their metal skills suck so war would be a one sided fight in their soft tin ships, and not in their favour. They have 2 million in PLA as a human shield. Perhaps when Russia moves on Europe, they will push North. Land fights would be easy for an army that size, like ants rolling over edible leaves.
That seems reasonable, except it's probably Putin being the mastermind and Trump getting the boner for all the countries he's allowed to keep.
