is anyone afraid because of the civil unrest and riots

i live alone and my family live far away, i live alone in a little flat...but with all this civil unrest going on in the country right now it makes me feel insecure and frightened...as i'm just one male on my own, i have mental problems too, so i'm vulnerable in a way.

any thoughts?
