does anyone think there could be a revolution in this lifetime

there seems to be so much unhappiness among folk out there now, lots of people disillusioned with the ''system'' and want radical reform or change...some even wanting revolution.

but me, i am happy, i am alright jack, i do not want a revolution and i feel quite annoyed at the people calling for reform or change, because i don't want my security and happiness threatened...i think there should be some changes, and some areas reformed but not a total outright radical reform of the system to something new or unknown, i am against that.

any thoughts?

No. Not in Britain anyway.

This is a country that has had quite large upheavals over the centuries including the Dissolution and the Civil War, but generally avoids violent, destructive ones as likely to bring destruction as construction.

Reform yes, and that has happened from time to time but in relatively gentle steps. Not revolution.
