Might as well add Israel to the list, even if they are not exactly neighbors. Close enough though.

@DeWayfarer but palestine doesn’t have a nuke. Nor do lebanon or yemen. Iran is in process of developing but they are sabotaged.

@OriginalDumbMan yeah, and I can't say that I agree with Israel having those nukes.

Scuttlebutt says they stole the technology. Yet that was long ago.
