Does anyone else find it weird af that there doesn't seem to be much news about the nuclear power plant Russia is running in Ukraine
Zaporizhzhia. I find the whole situation just bizarre. Russian troops control the power plant, last I heard. Ukrainian workers there keep it safe and running for Ukraine. It supplies 20% of the power and is the biggest nuclear power plant in Europe.
I find the lack of news articles about it odd as hell. Its like a foreign nation has control over 20% of the electricity, you'd think that be huge news. Why are the Russians even keeping it operating? Even the Russians don't seem to be talking about it much, why wouldn't Putin use it as a threat like "if NATO weapons arrive, the power will be turned off"? Its like both countries are playing by a rule where they keep the lights on... I don't get it 🤷♂️
