Posing as a 30 something woman and befriending 70+ men.

Their lastest post is bullshit. Fake photo, fake info etc.

On their profile the only users they have befriended are older men.

Its ringing alarm bells to me.

Ive taken screenshots and called them out. (My replies have been deleted of course).

I dunno, it just screams of potential scam material to me🤷‍♀

Sometimes its just a quick google or two.

And it worries me that people will be taken advantage because of it.

@OogieBoogie Some don’t even want to check, these fantasies keep them going when they have very little left in life. It is sad because yes, some will be taken advantage of but trying to stop it is very unlikely to be successful, like that game of Whack a Mole.

@OogieBoogie I applaud your good heart and by all means, if you see an individual in distress, of course throw them a lifeline. But systemically I’m just don’t think there’s likely to be any significant changes.
