Is medical misinformation on this site dangerous?

There are a few very vocal, prolific posters who post tons of anti-vaxing propaganda. Is this dangerous misinformation during a pandemic or just preaching to the ignorant choir?
Is Similar Worlds complicit by allowing it?

I get bored with trying to correct the misinformation they’re peddling. Some here may make their vaccine decision based on their b.s. but the odds are, it probably won’t be a fatal decision.

@StevetheSleeve Yep. Only 2 or 3 %. Pity about their elderly relatives that they pass it on to who have a 20-30% chance of dying... :(
