Is medical misinformation on this site dangerous?

There are a few very vocal, prolific posters who post tons of anti-vaxing propaganda. Is this dangerous misinformation during a pandemic or just preaching to the ignorant choir?
Is Similar Worlds complicit by allowing it?

Qestioning vaccines is completely understandable when equipped with enough medical knowledge. Not when watching bunch of stupid Youtube videos.

I have seen someone recommend taking a large dose of vitamine C as a preventive measure of COVID-19 to a kidney transplant patient.

And that same someone goes around talking against vaccines in this website.

It is dangerous.
