Is medical misinformation on this site dangerous?

There are a few very vocal, prolific posters who post tons of anti-vaxing propaganda. Is this dangerous misinformation during a pandemic or just preaching to the ignorant choir?
Is Similar Worlds complicit by allowing it?

At what point do we stop trying to censor a persons thoughts.
Who are you or S.W. to determine if it is misinformation or just opinion.
Everything you know has to be a " Consider the source " situation.
Doctors often have opposite views on topics but do we side with one opinion and silence the other???
When does this stop or for that matter start???

@Dainbramadge When we decide that free speech is no longer important. Many liberals have already reached that point.
