Is medical misinformation on this site dangerous?

There are a few very vocal, prolific posters who post tons of anti-vaxing propaganda. Is this dangerous misinformation during a pandemic or just preaching to the ignorant choir?
Is Similar Worlds complicit by allowing it?

@carpediem There's free speech and then there's irresponsible speech .... yelling FIRE!! in a movie theater or BOMB!! in an airport is irresponsible ... and not protected forms of speech
