Is medical misinformation on this site dangerous?

There are a few very vocal, prolific posters who post tons of anti-vaxing propaganda. Is this dangerous misinformation during a pandemic or just preaching to the ignorant choir?
Is Similar Worlds complicit by allowing it?

My opinion: for the most part, those who accept that information already believe it.

And right or wrong, people have a right (so far) to have an opinion and voice it.
