How to find a realtor who will sell you a forclosed apartment in Queens, NY?
I keep looking them up and when i inquire the realtor jacks up the price, it's very frustrating. I just want to pay the advertised price.

They always do that .. guess you need a friend or to be your own realtor if you don't want the extra price hikes .. sometimes they list low to increase interest and that’s not the actual expected sales price tho
