This ideology had begun in 1944 when Friedrich Hayek's The Road to Serfdom and Ludwig von Mises's Beuracracy were published, tax cuts for the wealthy being one part of it, and there were think tanks over 3 decades, and funding by the rich, and in 1980, at the dawn of the Neoliberal era comes this PBS program, so the world can be all like wow what a great idea!!
