Went out to buy everyday shoes (running shoes) to wear this year and literally every sort of bottom to top sellers all averaged at the same price.

So I just ended up buying a pair of nikes, because if the worst crap sells at nike price, I'd rather just go buy nikes. They're not as expensive as its competing brands and I got them on 15% discount.
But like what in the world? i bought my current ones for 20 dollars and they lasted me a year and a half. Now they're torn. Shoes have no business being 100 dollars.
