I can remember when chickens could fly and glue was for sticking things together.

It still is for sticking things together and as far as chickens go they cant fly very high or far its more of a glide after a jump.

@DavidBianchet2 Young goats are usually pretty good at getting to high places, and sniffing "Gloy" paste would not have had much effect. :)
