THE ARAB SLAVE TRADE
Rarely spoken of - unknown to many, which is said to have started in the 7th century and somewhat ended in the 20th century, but still exist even today ..... After Arabs conquered lands such as EGYPT / BERBER / LIBYA / MOROCCO / ALGERIA and surrounding areas northward their slave trade of indigenous Africans began. Again reported as 10 to 16 million Black people taken in the 1300 years of forced slavery, numbers which should be questioned - forced enslavement by two different groups the Europeans from the Atlantic slave trade and the arabics from the Arabic slave trade.
