How long do we have to stay alive to get to the recovery, after the collapse of this empire?

It's hard to say, since the collapse didn't happen yet. I do hope Trump ramps up these tariffs so we can finally get to the part where the fascist government falls. But who knows if we even get another Democracy after that? When the Soviet Union fell, they transitioned to another form of Authoritarianism.
But Italy, Japan, and West Germany got democratic government, so let's hope for that.

Its hard to say. Troy never made it back. The Greeks are back in the game as a minor player, while the Romans did a little better, then along came il Duce..But the Americans cleared that up..The less said about the Brits at this point, the better..But its not looking good.. So I would revue it in a couple of centuries...😷
