I Love History

Almost every historian states that WWII was begun by Hitler on Sept. 1, 1939. I say Japan started WWII by their incursions into Manchuria and China in the 1930s

I would agree that Japan had their own agenda in that era, resources etc so that they would not be dependent on other nations. This was the depression era... I see the actions in the east and west as separate though merging throughout the tripartite agreement.

Germany was beaten down after WW1.
The debt and great depression served as a crushing load which allowed the cultural issues to fester.

The Great Depression had a global impact.
What was the value of the Mark in that era?a beat down comes in many forms....ask the people who lost jobs and homes in 2008.@Razorback
