Dubai chocolate was created by the major candy makers in order to get consumers used to spending $15 for a cr@p candy bar. Next thing you know they're charging a buck per M&M.

@Jenny1234 I never had it and don't plan on getting taken to the cleaners for this trend but it's some chocolate with a pistachio butter filling and some other junk inside
