Some of the first humans in China came from the Americas?

Based on two kinds DNA evidence there were two migrations connecting both North and South American humans to those in China, during and after the last ice age.
Which way do you imagine they traveled? Both ways? Only one?
It's possible that some early Americans returned to Asia across the Bering land bridge, but the earliest possible evidence of humans in the Americas goes back no more than 20,000 years, while humanoids have been in China for hundreds of thousands of years. Humans have lived in China since way before the last ice age.

There was likely some movement in both directions, but the majority was probably from west to east.
@windinhishair on what evidence do you favor that direction?

@Roundandroundwego DNA testing provides strong evidence linking people on both continents. However, knowing that there were no people in North and South America prior to the first migration, they must have gone west to east. Undoubtedly it wasn't linear, and some people may have moved back across at various points in time, particularly during the second migration. Resources were also likely better in North America, since they had yet to be exploited by humans. Tool culture shows a progression in Asia and an abrupt appearance of similar tools in North America.

I think the data shows they came the other way. Asians were the first Americans..😷
