So the yahoo news (yeah I know) headline says..
"John Gotti's Grandson Ordered To Donate Kidney To His Mom By Monday Or Go To Prison"

Sounds like if he gives up the body part he goes free. Nope. Still going to jail ..just delayed if he undergoes the procedure.
