We In The Former Colonies Are Thrilled

Buckingham Palace has confirmed that King Charles and Queen Camilla’s state visit to the US will go ahead as planned, following a shooting at last night’s White House Correspondents’ Dinner.

“Following discussions on both sides of the Atlantic through the day, and acting on advice of Government, we can confirm the State Visit by Their Majesties will proceed as planned,” the palace said in a statement ahead of the royal couple’s trip on Monday.

“The King and Queen are most grateful to all those who have worked at pace to ensure this remains the case and are looking forward to the Visit getting underway tomorrow,” it added.

Incidentally, the ballroom should look like it did back in 1812.

@bookerdana No in a car.

But she is the best horse rider on a military parade..Nineteenth in line of the throne now. She does not care. and her children have not taken titles. Zara Tindell is very popular is her husband Mike.

@bookerdana no in a car. The armed man stopped the car and demanded she get out. Allegedly she said “not bloody likely “
