The pull out with the timing and plan set by Trump at the end of his term. Trump who gave no handoff to the incoming administration. If Trump can blame Biden for economic issues which clearly came from Trump Tarrifs most of a year after Trump took office, then Biden can blame Trump who set the plan and the timetable and dumped a shit sandwich on Biden's plate.
