Admittedly, I also do not know much about this case ... But this point as been bugging me since the first time I heard about it.

Okay, if there were two or three girls involved, then I can see that they found two or three girls with parents who didn't watch over them like I was watched over. But over a thousand girls were flown around the country without parents to be sexually abused. How did this happen??

One of my parents or grandparents were in attendance at every single taekwondo class from age seven right up into high school. During high school I sometimes went off to class alone and wasn't safeguarded (but I was in high school). I don't understand how these girls were left alone with adult men to be abused.
@sarabee1995 rich girls were driven by their parents to Dalton Prep where we were taught physics by Epstein. Literally. Poor giris were instructed by their busy and working and therefore absentee parents to go out into the world, and find opportunities. Epstein and Cosby had the monopoly on the opportunities. You're familiar with the system, right?
If you wanted us spending less time on the casting couch, you'd restore the New Deal in Washington. As a nation you'd rather watch them torture me as a young lady.

@Roundandroundwego My parents both worked. Full-time. But between the two of them and the three involved grandparents we had, we were well supervised any time we were out of the home. I don't understand how THOUSANDS of girls got on planes to New York and to the Caribbean to be raped.

You were supervised anytime you were out of the home, despite being high school students at the time?

How old were you when your parents and grandparents finally stopped cloistering you to then finally let you grow up and stand on your own?

High school? Seriously?

They were supervising you anytime you were not contained within the physical structure of your high school?

@swirlie Hey Swirls... Long time, I hope you are well.

What I intended to say and maybe didn't do so very clearly, was that I was well supervised when I was out in the activities I was involved in. The example I gave was when I started taekwondo at age seven and up through high school. I started high school at age 14 and yes, at that point I still had a parent or a grandparent driving me to taekwondo and staying for the class. As I got older that did trail off a bit and eventually I had access to a car at 16 and drove myself to taekwondo. I didn't say or mean to imply that I was fully supervised all through the extent of high school.
