ICE murderers delay a doctor to aid Alex Pretty.
Sworn testimony by the doctor who tried to render aid to Pretti, given to US Distric Court/District of Minnesota:
"At first the ICE agents wouldn't let me through....I was confused as to why the victim was on his side, because that is not standard practice. Checking for a pulse and administering CPR is standard practice. Instead of doing either of those things, the ICE agents appeared to be counting his bullet wounds."
