They do not arbitrarily pepper spray people just to be spraying them! It is against the law to do that! They have to have just cause and they have to justify the Just Cause in their reports they have to write after the incident! I happen to know this because I worked in law enforcement and went threw pepper spray training when and how to use it!

They are only trying to get the 25 million illegal immigrants that broke the law crossing the border, that Biden and Harris allowed into America! You got a little better understanding now!
