Is there anything besides massive wars that can restore the USA to its rightful position as global hegemon?

The economic collapse of China and Russia.. Which interestingly enough is not that far away..

But sadly i expect Russia and China to go down fighting.. I mean one of them will lash out with a first strike Nuclear attack upon the USA...
